To apply for membership of the Oxford Wine Club, please complete the form below and click the "Submit Application" button.

Upon approval, your membership account will be activated using the details you have specified. You will then be able to sign in to the website,  to securely pay your annual membership fee and then book and and securely pay for tastings.

Notes on completing your application

Please complete all items marked with , other items are optional. Please also note the following:

• User ID - This is the ID you will normally type when signing in to the site.  This can be any alphanumeric string and we would suggest using your email address.  If you share an email address with another OWC member then you can use another ID (eg your name or an @owcmember.org.uk email address as described below).
• Email & Confirm Email - This must be a unique email address that we use for all club communication.  If you normally share an email address with an existing OWC member, then let us know this shared address in the additional information section and choose an @owcmember.org.uk email address (such as [email protected]).  We will then ensure communications reach your shared address.
• Security Question & Answer - If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, you will be asked for your email address and the answer to your secret question before a reset link is emailed to you.
• Wine Course details - Please let us know the wine courses you have completed along with their dates and locations.
